    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    1 c. Hy-Vee whole wheat breadcrumbs
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee paprika
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee oregano
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee thyme
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    1 lbs. 93%-lean ground turkey (not ground turkey breast)
    Tzatziki Sauce and Hy-Vee hot dog or brat buns, for serving

      Directions

      1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
      2. Combine egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, oregano, thyme and pepper in a large bowl. Add ground turkey and mix well.
      3. Shape into 24 meatballs, about 1-1/2 inches in size. Place on a broiler pan and bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees.
      4. For tailgating, skewer cooked meatballs ahead of time and reheat on the grill.
