    1 Hy-Vee large egg, beaten
    ½ c. Soiree traditional feta cheese crumbles
    1 tbsp. Italian parsley, finely chopped
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    4 Hy-Vee Bakery white hamburger buns, split and toasted
    ½ c. purchased tzatziki Greek dip
    4 slice(s) beefsteak tomato
    ½ c. seedleses cucumber, cut into ribbons
    ½ c. red onion, sliced

    Directions

    1. Finely chop 1 cup (3/4-oz.) spinach. Combine turkey, egg, chopped spinach, gets cheese, parsley, garlic, and pepper in a medium bowl. Form mixture into 4 patties.

    2. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with a greased grill rack for direct grilling over medium heat (350 degrees).

    3. Grill turkey patties for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees), turning once halfway through.

    4. To assemble, layer remaining 1 cup (3/4-oz.) spinach, tomato slices, and turkey burgers on bun bottoms. Spread 2 tablespoons tzatziki dip on top of each burger. Top with cucumber ribbons and red onions slices. Add bun tops.
