Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with a greased grill rack for direct grilling over medium heat (350 degrees).
Grill turkey patties for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees), turning once halfway through.
To assemble, layer remaining 1 cup (3/4-oz.) spinach, tomato slices, and turkey burgers on bun bottoms. Spread 2 tablespoons tzatziki dip on top of each burger. Top with cucumber ribbons and red onions slices. Add bun tops.
