    ¼ c. plain nonfat Greek yogurt
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
    1 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped

    Directions

    1. Combine softened butter, Greek yogurt, garlic, parsley, rosemary, and thyme in a medium mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium for 1 to 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.

    2. Transfer to a flat surface lined with plastic wrap; shape butter mixture into a long. Wrap tightly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into slices and serve as desired.
