Grass-Fed Beef Burgers

Directions
- Lightly grease grill rack. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
- Shape ground beef into four 1/2-inch thick patties. Make a small indentation in center of each burger with your thumb to prevent the center from swelling, leading to uneven cooking.
- Sprinkle each side of burger with seasoned salt.
- Grill patties for 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature of patties are 160 degrees, turning once halfway through. Sandwich patties on buns and serve with desired toppings.
