    Servings and Ingredients

    Ingredients
    Serves 4
    QuantityIngredientAdd
    1 lbs. grass-fed ground beef
    Hy-Vee seasoned salt, to taste
    4 Hy-Vee Bakery hamburger buns
Hy-Vee Short Cuts Hamburger Toppings (lettuce, tomatoes and red onion), for topping

    Directions

    1. Lightly grease grill rack. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
    2. Shape ground beef into four 1/2-inch thick patties. Make a small indentation in center of each burger with your thumb to prevent the center from swelling, leading to uneven cooking.
    3. Sprinkle each side of burger with seasoned salt.
    4. Grill patties for 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature of patties are 160 degrees, turning once halfway through. Sandwich patties on buns and serve with desired toppings.
