1 (19 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee three cheese tortellini
1 ½ c. halved seedless red grapes
1 Gala apple, diced
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained
¼ c. Sunkist Almond Accents
1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee lowfat lemon yogurt
¼ c. Hy-Vee lite salad dressing
2 tbsp. honey

Directions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, grapes, apple, oranges and almonds.
  3. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, salad dressing and honey. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
