Gourmet Boursin Mushrooms
Servings and Ingredients
|2 (8 oz each) pkg fresh whole mushrooms, rinsed|
|1 egg white|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee plain bread crumbs|
|1 (5.2 oz) tub Boursin garlic and fine herbs cheese|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee parsley flakes, optional|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove mushroom stems and discard.
- In a food processor, combine egg white, bread crumbs and cheese. Process until mixture is combined, about 5 seconds. Evenly spoon into mushroom caps.
- Arrange on greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are golden and tender. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
