    2 tsp.Hy-Vee butter

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except butter.
    2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture.
    3. Cook until eggs are set, stirring to scramble.
