    3 c. chopped fresh broccoli
    ¾ c. shredded carrots
    ¼ c. chopped onion
    ⅓ c. shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp. bacon bits
    ⅔ c. fat-free mayonnaise
    sugar substitute equal to 2 tbsp sugar
    1 ½ tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tbsp. skim milk

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
    2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar substitute, mustard, and skim milk.
    3. Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture. Mix gently to combine.
    4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
