|1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen|
|6 oz. firm silken tofu|
|¾ c. Hy-Vee unsweetened almond milk|
|¼ c. unsweetened pomegranate juice|
|2 tbsp. agave nectar|
|6 slice(s) Hy-Vee frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed|
|4 fresh strawberries, sliced|
|¼ c. fresh raspberries, halved, if desired|
|2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds|
|1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds|
|Fresh mint leaves, for garnish|
|Freeze-dried strawberries, crushed, for garnish|

Place soaked berries, frozen raspberries, and strawberries, banana, tofu, almond milk, pomegranate juice, and agave nectar in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into bowls. Divide peach and strawberry slices, fresh raspberries, pomegranate seeds, and pumpkin seeds between bowls. Garnish with mint and freeze-dried strawberries, if desired.
