This simple dish features potato gnocchi, smoky ham and fresh spinach blanketed with a velvety Alfredo sauce.
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (16-oz.) pkg. Gustare Vita original potato gnocchi|
|1 (12.5-oz.) jar Gustare Vita four cheese Alfredo sauce|
|1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee diced cooked ham|
|1 c. tightly packed spinach|
|2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee 100% real grated Parmesan cheese, plus additional for garnish|

Place oven rack 4 in. from heat. Preheat broiler to HIGH.
Heat a 10-in. cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add Alfredo sauce, ham, spinach and rosemary to skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in cooked gnocchi. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Serve with additional cheese, if desired.
