Prepare pasta according to package directions.
You'll love this pasta, packed with all your favorite vegetables. Before serving, cut sausage links into 1/2-inch coin slices and stir into sauce.

|12 oz.||Italian sausage links|
|2 tbsp.||Gustare Vita olive oil|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|½ c.||onion, chopped|
|1 c.||mushrooms, chopped|
|1 c.||green bell pepper, chopped|
|1||small yellow squash, chopped into 12-inch pieces|
|2 c.||gluten-free stewed tomatoes|
|2 c.||gluten-free pasta sauce|
|½ tsp.||dried basil|
|½ tsp.||dried parsley flakes|
|Hy-Vee salt, to taste|
|Hy-Vee freshly ground back pepper, to taste|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese|

- Large non-stick skillet

Cook sausage links in a large non-stick skillet, turning occasionally, until browned and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Wipe out skillet.
Return skillet to stove and heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and onion until softened, about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, green bell pepper and squash and cook 2 minutes.
Stir in stewed tomatoes and pasta sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in basil and parsley flakes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
When the sausage is cool enough to handle, slice into 1/2-inch coins. Stir into sauce.
In a large bowl, toss pasta with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
