2 tbsp. Tribe hummus
snipped green onion, to taste
¼ c. canned water-packed artichoke hearts, not marinated
½ ripe tomato, sliced
1 slice(s) gruyere cheese
2 slice(s) Udi's gluten-free bread

Directions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon Tribe® hummus onto 1 slice of Udi's® gluten-free bread.
  2. Place gruyere cheese on top of hummus spread.
  3. Layer artichoke and tomato slices and add snipped green onions above the cheese.
  4. Spread remaining tablespoon of Tribe® hummus to the other slice of gluten-free bread. Place bread hummus side down onto sandwich ingredients to enjoy.
