1 (16 oz) pkg Bob's Red Mill gluten-free pizza crust mix
1 ½ c. warm water
2 Hy-Vee large eggs
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
1 c. pizza sauce, divided
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced and divided
8 oz. fresh mozzarella, cubed and divided
Hy-Vee salt and pepper, to taste
fresh basil, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Prepare pizza crust according to package directions with water, eggs and olive oil. Bake without toppings 7 to 9 minutes.
  3. Top each pizza crust with pizza sauce, Parmesan cheese, tomato slices and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Top with fresh basil.
  4. Makes two 12-inch or one- 16-inch pizza crusts.
