    1 c. Good Graces gluten free organic coconut flour
    4 Hy-Vee large eggs
    ½ c. coconut oil, melted
    ½ c. Good Graces organic gluten free coconut sugar
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ½ c. Hy-Vee flaked coconut
    ¼ c. chopped macadamia nuts
    ½ c. white vanilla flavored baking chips
    Zest of one lime

      Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
      2. In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, eggs, coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla and salt. Add coconut, chips, nuts and zest; mix to combine. Scoop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Flatten slightly to 1/2-inch thick. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to cooling racks.
