|12 oz. Good Graces gluten-free spaghetti|
|1 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil|
|2 clove(s) garlic, minced|
|½ c. onion, chopped|
|8 oz. sliced mushrooms|
|12 oz. lean ground beef|
|½ c. red wine, or gluten-free beef broth|
|1 (24-oz.) jar gluten-free pasta sauce|
|1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped|
|1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee freshly ground black pepper|
|½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese|

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add ground beef to skillet, breaking up with a wooden spoon. Cook until no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Drain.
Stir in red wine or broth and cook for 2 minutes or until evaporated. Add pasta sauce, parsley, basil and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve sauce with hot spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
