Glossy Chocolate Frosting
Servings and Ingredients
|3 square(s) unsweetened chocolate|
|1 c. sifted Hy-Vee powdered sugar|
|2 ½ tbsp. hot water|
|3 egg yolks|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee butter, softened|
- Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
- Combine chocolate, sugar, and water in a mixing bowl, add egg yolks one at a time beating after each additions. Add butter, 1 tbsp at a time, beat until spreading consistency.
