    3 square(s) unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. sifted Hy-Vee powdered sugar
    2 ½ tbsp. hot water
    3 egg yolks
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee butter, softened


    1. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
    2. Combine chocolate, sugar, and water in a mixing bowl, add egg yolks one at a time beating after each additions. Add butter, 1 tbsp at a time, beat until spreading consistency.
