    2 qt.popped popcorn (2 ounces unpopped kernels)
    Butter-flavored cooking spray
    c.granulated sugar substitute
    2 tsp.ground ginger
    ½ tsp.freshly ground nutmeg
    ¼ tsp.cinnamon
    ¼ tsp.ground cloves
    tsp.freshly ground black or white pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    2. Spread popcorn on baking sheet and spray lightly with the cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over popcorn. Spray again with cooking spray and toss to coat evenly.
    3. Bake 7 minutes and serve warm.
