Directions
Dip rims of 2 highball glasses into corn syrup, then coat with finely crushed gingersnap cookies and coarse sugar; set aside.
Add ice cubs, Gingerbread Spiced Rum, fresh lime juice and spiced simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake well. Pour into prepared glasses.
Top each drink with ginger beer. Garnish with sugar-coated rosemary sprigs and cranberries, if desired.
