    4 oz. silver tequila
    1 ½ oz. fresh lime juice
    2 tsp. agave nectar
    4 oz. ginger beer, divided
    Grapefruit, sliced, for garnish
    Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish

    • 2-cup glass measure

    Directions

    1. Place kosher salt on a small plate. Rub the rims of 2 (10-oz. each) cocktail glasses with a lime wedge and immediately dip into salt to coat. Fill glasses with ice; set aside.

    2. Stir together grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice, and agave in a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Divide mixture between ice-filled glasses. Top each glass with 2-oz. ginger beer. Garnish with grapefruit slices and thyme sprigs, if desired.
