1 (8-oz.) ball BelGioioso fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
    ½ c. Soiree feta cheese
    1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
1 ½ tsp. fresh dill, plus additional for garnish

    Things To Grab

    • Large baking sheet
    • Parchment paper
    • Small bowl
    • Rolling pin

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. In a small bowl, mix together fresh mozzarella and feta cheeses, chives, and dill; set aside.

    2. Unroll pizza dough and press or roll into a 14x10-inch rectangle; cut into 4 even pieces. Sprinkle pizza dough with cheese and herb mixture leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges of dough. Roll long edges of rectangle, leaving a small well inside the dough. Twist ends of dough together to form a boat shape; place on prepared pan.

    3. Bake 15 minutes or until crust is light golden brown and cheese has melted. Remove from oven and crack one egg in to each boat. Bake 9 to 12 minutes more or until egg whites have set and yolk begins to thicken. Garnish with additional fresh dill, if desired, and serve warm.
