⅓ c. water
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee frozen cut green beans
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select extra virgin olive oil
1 large clove garlic, thinly sliced
2 c. Simply Potatoes homestyle slices
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Boil water in a large saucepan. Add green beans, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender, about 6 minutes. Drain; set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil over low heat in the empty saucepan. Add garlic and cook until the garlic starts to turn golden brown, about 2 minutes. Add potato slices and green beans. Heat through.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
