Garlicky Green Beans and Potatoes
Servings and Ingredients
|⅓ c. water|
|1 ½ c. Hy-Vee frozen cut green beans|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select extra virgin olive oil|
|1 large clove garlic, thinly sliced|
|2 c. Simply Potatoes homestyle slices|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste|
- Boil water in a large saucepan. Add green beans, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender, about 6 minutes. Drain; set aside.
- Heat olive oil over low heat in the empty saucepan. Add garlic and cook until the garlic starts to turn golden brown, about 2 minutes. Add potato slices and green beans. Heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
