    1 lbs. trimmed string beans, cut into 1-inch lengths
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    4 clove(s) garlic, chopped
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Boil beans until desired tenderness is reached. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Set aside.
    2. Place olive oil, garlic and crushed red pepper in a large skillet. Heat over medium heat and cook until garlic is golden brown. Stir in the vinegar and let it bubble for 1 minute.
    3. Add the beans and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
