1 ½ lbs. small potoates
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
4 clove(s) garlic, minced
2 tsp. rosemary, chopped
Hy-Vee salt and pepper, to taste
¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare an 18x12-inch double layer of foil. Halve or quarter potatoes; toss with olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper.

  2. Place potatoes in center of foil. Bring short ends of foil together and fold twice to seal. Fold in the sides to seal, leaving room inside for steam to build.
