    1 c. water
    1 c. Hy-Vee long-grain instant white rice
    2 tbsp. lemon zest
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    2 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
    8 oz. Hy-Vee Seafood peeled and deveined raw shrimp, (31-40-ct.)
    ½ c. S&F garlic herb sauce
    Lemon, for garnish
    Italian parsley, finely chopped

    • Large microwave-safe bowl

    • Medium skillet

    Directions

    1. Combine water, rice, and lemon zest in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes. Remove from microwave; cover and let stand until water is absorbed. 

    2. Fluff rice lightly with a fork. Stir in butter and salt.

    3. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp to skillet; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and reach 145 degrees, turning once. 

    4. Stir in garlic sauce; continue cooking just until heated through. 

    5. Serve shrimp and sauce over rice. Garnish with lemon and finely chopped Italian parsley, if desired.
