Directions
In a food processor or blender, add garlic, parsley, green onions, thyme, and 1/2 cup olive oil. Pulse to combine. Pour into a bowl and stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt; set aside.
Brush chicken with oil and season with salt. Place on prepared rack. Roast for 20 minutes. Roast 15 minutes more or until chicken is done (165 degrees), brushing occasionally with sauce.
