    1 (1 lb) loaf New French Bakery Asiago Garlic Bread
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    3 clove(s) garlic, crushed
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat broiler. Slice bread into ½-inch-thick slices.
    2. In medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until soft, about 1 minute. Brush olive oil mixture over bread slices.
    3. Place bread slices on baking sheet or broiler pan. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan.
    4. Place under broiler and broil until cheese melts and begins to turn golden brown.
