Garlic Cheese Bread

Servings and Ingredients
|1 (1 lb) loaf New French Bakery Asiago Garlic Bread|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|3 clove(s) garlic, crushed|
|1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese|
- Preheat broiler. Slice bread into ½-inch-thick slices.
- In medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until soft, about 1 minute. Brush olive oil mixture over bread slices.
- Place bread slices on baking sheet or broiler pan. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Place under broiler and broil until cheese melts and begins to turn golden brown.
