1 head(s) broccoli, trimmed and cut into florets | ||
½ c. water | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
4 clove(s) garlic, thinly sliced | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce | ||
¼ tsp. cracked black pepper | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, cook the broccoli and water over high heat for 5 minutes or until just tender. Drain and set aside.
- In the same saucepan, cook vegetable oil and garlic over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in soy sauce, black pepper and broccoli.
- Toss with Parmesan cheese before serving.
