    2 tbsp. Gustare Vita white wine vinegar
    1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee lemon pepper seasoning
    1 tsp. salt-free garlic-and-herb seasoning
    1 (12-oz.) package Fish Market wild Pacific salmon, thawed, thawed

    Directions

    1. Combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon pepper and garlic-and-herb seasoning in a shallow baking dish. Place salmon in dish and turn to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes.

    2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Remove salmon from marinade, place on prepared baking sheet and discard marinade. 

    4. Bake salmon for 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon easily flakes when tested with a fork (145 degrees).
