Garlic-and-Herb Mashed Potatoes

1 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter | ||
½ tsp. salt-free garlic and herb seasoning | ||
⅔ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee mashed potatoes | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee finely shredded Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Boil vegetable broth, butter and seasoning in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in milk. Stir in potatoes. Let stand for 2 minutes; stir well.
- Add Parmesan cheese.
- If desired, transfer mashed potatoes to a broiler-safe bowl. Broil until top is golden brown, about 3 minutes.
