1 (10 oz) container grape tomatoes, halved
1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
4 large Hy-Vee eggs, hard-cooked and sliced
¼ tsp. cracked black pepper
½ c. light cucumber ranch salad dressing

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and bell pepper. Stir in eggs and black pepper.
  2. Toss with salad dressing just before serving.
