    4 ½ lbs. Hy-Vee 100% natural chicken wings
    2 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
    Hy-Vee salt
    Hy-Vee ground black pepper, plus additional for serving
    1 (12-oz.) bottle Hy-Vee Hickory House Big Bad Buffalo wing sauce

    • Two large rimmed baking pans
    • Aluminum foil
    • Wire rack
    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
    • Silicone pastry brush
    • Meat thermometer

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line two large rimmed baking pans with foil. Place a wire rack on top of foil; spray with cooking spray.

    2. Brush wings with olive oil and season with salt and ground pepper. Place on prepared racks.

    3. Bake wings 25 minutes. Rotate pans on oven racks halfway through cooking time. Brush with 1/3 cup sauce. Bake 10 minutes more or until wings are done (165 degrees).

    4. Toss wings with remaining sauce. Transfer to platter and top with cracked black pepper.
