¼ c. Hy-Vee apple juice
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select balsamic vinegar
1 Fuji apple, thinly sliced
1 Anjou pear, thinly sliced
1 (10 oz) pkg Dole leafy romaine
¼ c. honey-roasted cashew halves, chopped

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together vinaigrette, apple juice and vinegar until combined.
  2. Toss apple and pear with vinaigrette mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Add romaine and toss gently to combine.
  4. Top with cashews before serving.
