    Fruity Crisp Rice cereal doesn’t just have to be for breakfast. Make this strawberry-featured dessert using only a muffin tin, a bowl and nonstick cooking spray.

    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    3 c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows
    5 c. Hy-Vee fruity crisp rice cereal
    1 qt. fresh strawberries, hulled, sliced, and divided
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed, divided

    • 12-cup standard muffin tin
    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
    • Large microwave-safe bowl

    Directions

    1. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

    2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Quickly stir in cereal.

    3. Divide evenly among 12 greased muffin cups. Press onto bottom and up sides of cups.

    4. Refrigerate until firm, 1 to 2 hours. Remove from muffin cups. Fill each cup with sliced strawberries and top each with 1 tablespoon whipped topping. Garnish with remaining strawberries.

    5. Serve immediately. Store remaining cups, covered, in muffin cups in refrigerator to retain shape.
