    1 (16.5-oz) pkg. Hy-Vee Extra Moist Classic White Deluxe cake mix
    1 c. water
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    3 egg whites
    1 (16-oz) container Hy-Vee creamy white frosting
    1 (24-oz) pkg. vanilla fondant
    6 tbsp. Hy-Vee powdered sugar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk
    Kellogg's Froot Loops cereal, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a deep, 6-1/2-cup oven-safe bowl with Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray. Lightly flour bowl.

    2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions by combining water, vegetable oil and egg whites; stir until just combined. Pour batter into prepared bowl. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in bowl 10 minutes. Remove cake from bowl; cool completely on a wire rack.

    3. Form a 2-inch hole in center of cake, leaving a 1-inch border all around. Frost cake with creamy white frosting. Cover with vanilla fondant, prepared according to package directions. Tint fondant scraps blue; reroll for a 3/4-inch band. Moisten band with water and attach to cake. Make powdered sugar glaze by combining powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl. Drizzle a powdered sugar glaze in cut-out portion of cake. Fill cake center with Kellogg's Froot Loops cereal.
