These homemade cannolis get their colorful shell from using Hy-Vee fruity crisp rice cereal.

|1 (10-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee marshmallows|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter|
|6 c. Hy-Vee fruity crisp rice cereal|
|1 c. Hy-Vee creamy white frosting, divided|
|Multicolored sprinkles, optional|

- 3-1/2-inch round cookie cutter
Melt marshmallows and butter over low heat in a large sauce pan. Stir in fruity crisp rice cereal.
Spread mixture into prepared baking sheet and cool completely. Cut into 8 rounds using a 3-1/2-inch cookie cutter and fold, pinching edges on top to seal.
Fill each cannoli with 2 tablespoons buttercream frosting each. If desired, add a dollop of additional frosting on top of the cannoli and decorate with multicolored sprinkles.
