    1 (6 oz) container low fat vanilla yogurt
    1 ½ c. diced cantaloupe
    1 c. halved green grapes
    1 (11 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained
    2 tbsp. sliced green onion
    2 (6 oz each) cans Starkist albacore tuna in water, drained
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    2 c. Hy-Vee garden salad, divided
    Hy-Vee sliced almonds, optional

    Directions

    1. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together yogurt, cantaloupe, grapes, oranges, onion, tuna, salt and pepper.
    2. To serve, divide garden salad among 4 salad plates. Top each with about 1 cup tuna salad. Top with sliced almonds if desired.
