    1 c. plain or vanilla soy milk
    ½ medium banana (may be frozen, if desired)
    2 tbsp. frozen fruit juice concentrate, undiluted
    ¼ c. frozen fruit, optional

    Directions

    1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve at once.
