    2 c. water, divided
    2 tbsp. sugar
    4 tbsp. dry tapioca pudding mix
    1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 c. frozen strawberries (or equivalent amount of fresh strawberries)
    4 oranges, peeled, diced
    6 bananas, peeled, chopped

    Directions

    1. Boil 1 cup water, sugar and tapioca in saucepan until thick.
    2. Add orange juice concentrate and remaining 1 cup water. Mix well.
    3. Add strawberries, oranges and bananas.
    4. Refrigerate.
