    1 c. water
    ½ c. fresh lime juice
    1 fresh jalapeno, sliced
    Frozen Jalapeno Margarita
    2 ½ oz. Jalapeno Mixer
    2 oz. Don Julio Blanco tequila
    1 ½ oz. Dekuyper triple sec
    2 c. ice
    Kosher salt, for garnish
    Fresh jalapeno, for garnish
    Lime slice, for garnish
    Fresh cilantro, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Make the Jalapeno Mixer: Combine sugar, water, lime juice, and jalapeno in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened slightly. Remove from heat and cool. Strain; discard jalapeno slices. Makes 1-3/4 cup (about 5 servings).

    2. Blend the Margarita: Combine 2-1/2-oz. Jalapeno Mixer, tequila, triple sec, and ice in blender. Cover and blend until combined and slushy. Pour into a salt-rimmed 16-oz. margarita glass. If desired, garnish with jalapeno, lime slice, and cilantro.
