Servings and Ingredients
|½ batch Basic Sugar Cookie Dough|
|7 c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar|
|8 to 10 tbsp Hy-Vee 2% milk|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract|
|Hy-Vee food coloring, optional|
|Sprinkles, colored sugar or candies, optional|
- Prepare half a batch of Basic Sugar Cookies. Bake and cool cookies as directed.
- In a medium bowl, combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir in food coloring, if desired.
- Spoon frosting into a resealable plastic bag and cut a small tip off one corner. Pipe around cookie; fill in with frosting. Decorate the cookies as desired.
