    ½ c. Hy-Vee butter, softened
    1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee flour
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ½ tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    2 c. fresh cranberries
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee white frosting

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, cinnamon, allspice and baking soda. Gently fold in cranberries. Spread in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
    3. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
    4. Cool. Top bars with frosting.
