½ c. Hy-Vee butter, softened | ||
1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs, well beaten | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee flour | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon | ||
½ tsp. allspice | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda | ||
2 c. fresh cranberries | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee white frosting |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, cinnamon, allspice and baking soda. Gently fold in cranberries. Spread in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool. Top bars with frosting.
