Fried Chicken Waffle Wrap
Make your own version of easy at-home chicken and waffles using store-bought fried chicken or rotisserie chicken.
Servings and Ingredients
|4||Hy-Vee frozen buttermilk waffles|
|4 tbsp.||Hy-Vee stone ground mustard|
|4||green leaf lettuce leaves|
|2||fried chicken breasts, cut in small pieces|
- Place waffles on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Flip and cook an additional 30 seconds or until heated through.
- Spread each waffle with mustard and top with lettuce and chicken pieces.
