    1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee flour
    1 c. coarsely chopped Hy-Vee pecan shortbread cookies
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee margarine, melted

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Place the pineapple cubes in a greased 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
    3. In a medium bowl, combine cheese, sugar and flour. Sprinkle over pineapple.
    4. In the same medium bowl, mix together cookie crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over the cheese mixture in baking pan.
    5. Bake for 30 minutes.
