1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee flour | ||
1 c. coarsely chopped Hy-Vee pecan shortbread cookies | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee margarine, melted |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the pineapple cubes in a greased 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine cheese, sugar and flour. Sprinkle over pineapple.
- In the same medium bowl, mix together cookie crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over the cheese mixture in baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
