    1 ½ c.uncooked old-fashioned oats
    1 ½ c.Organic Valley nonfat milk
    2 c.peeled, shredded organic apples
    1 c.Earthbound Farm raisins
    ½ c.honey, divided
    2 tbsp.lemon juice
    ½ tsp.Simply Organic cinnamon
    ½ tsp.Simply Organic vanilla
    3medium organic bananas, sliced

    Directions

    1. Stir together oats, milk, shredded apple, raisins, 2 tbsp honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla.
    2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    3. Dish out individual servings into 6 small bowls. Top each with 1/3 cup banana slices and drizzle each serving with 1 tbsp honey.
    4. Refrigerate remaining muesli.
