2 c. red grapes | ||
2 c. cut fresh pineapple | ||
2 (11 oz each) cans Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee coconut, toasted | ||
¾ c. fat-free sour cream | ||
1 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar |
Directions
- In a large bowl combine strawberries, grapes, pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and coconut.
- In a small bowl, stir together sour cream and brown sugar.
- Add sour cream mixture to fruit. Toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
