2 c. quartered fresh strawberries
2 c. red grapes
2 c. cut fresh pineapple
2 (11 oz each) cans Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows
¼ c. Hy-Vee coconut, toasted
¾ c. fat-free sour cream
1 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine strawberries, grapes, pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and coconut.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream and brown sugar.
  3. Add sour cream mixture to fruit. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
