Fresh Fruit Freeze
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened|
|½ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|1 tsp. almond extract|
|1 (12 oz) tub Hy-Vee whipped topping, thawed|
|2 bananas, sliced|
|1 (6 oz) container raspberries|
|1 (16 oz) container strawberries, hulled, sliced|
|1 c. fresh blueberries|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee sliced almonds|
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until light and fluffy.
- Stir in whipped topping. Fold in bananas, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. Pour into an ungreased 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with almonds. Cover.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour prior to serving.
