2 Halo mandarins, peeled and thinly sliced
½ c. Mrs. Cubbison's Caesar salad croutons
¼ c. Soirée shaved Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Wonderful lemon zest
Hy-Vee coarse-ground black pepper, for garnish

Directions

  1. Toss romaine with Caesar dressing in a large bowl until coated. Transfer romaine mixture to a large serving platter.

  2. Arrange mandarin and tangerine slices on top of romaine. Top with croutons, Parmesan cheese, and lemon zest. Garnish with black pepper, if desired.
